My Pottery Collection

Welcome to my pottery portfolio. Here you’ll find a selection of my work organized into pottery themes, or projects. I will continue to add to this portfolio and hope that my growth and development will be evident over time. I started pottery with lessons in Fall 2023 that I was gifted for my 40th birthday. I was instantly hooked. I continue to take lessons as well as have joined the local Arrowsmith Potters Guild in order to get studio time to work at my own pace. I enjoy adding surface design to my work, often carving out original hand drawn designs in relief. My main focus is making wheel thrown pottery, but also sometimes do hand building when a particular project pops into my mind that isn't compatible with the wheel. I have so much more to learn in pottery, and I am so happy to be able to keep working on this passion.
